Quick note: To all our club members, and area riders. Plateau Riders has groomed over 514 hours, 3,398 miles and have used 3337.8 gallons of fuel.(All of this done with our groomer being down multiple times) We feel that with the little amount of snow but cold tempatures that mother nature has allowed us this season, our trail system has been extremley well maintained. When the hill receives warm tempatures and heavy traffic it makes it almost impossible for the trails to hold up. Groomer Update: Many of you know the past 2 years we have been grooming with a Case tractor. Last season was horrible with it breaking down every holiday week. Case along with White's Farm Supply did replace our pervious tractor with a new Puma and an upgraded cost of $15,300.00. Unfortunately we still are having multiple mechanical issues, with this being said Plateau Riders is contemplating on going back to the Piston Bully. Plateau Riders and Timberview would like to thank Turin Ridge Riders for grooming our main trails on a daily basis.
